 We're proudly based in Austin, Texas and serve the greater Austin metro area. Traveling outside Austin? Reach out, we love a road trip for a good party! Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard zone.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Peak dates (weekends, holidays) book fast.  A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for weekend events.

We handle ALL of it:  delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in every package. Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes. Please have your space ready and accessible. We'll need a flat, clean surface (grass, turf, or indoor flooring). For indoor events, please ensure doorways and hallways are accessible for equipment transport.

Our bounce houses are for outdoor use in dry weather only. In the event of rain or high winds, we'll work with you to reschedule. For indoor events, weather is never a worry! We monitor forecasts and will be in touch ahead of your event if conditions look uncertain.

 All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every single rental. Our products are specifically designed for infants and toddlers — low to the ground, fully padded, and enclosed for safety. Adult supervision is required at all times during use. We recommend a max of 5 children in the bounce house at one time.

We accept [payment methods — e.g. Venmo, Zelle, credit card]. A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is due at booking. Cancellations made [X] days before the event will receive a credit toward a future booking. Last-minute cancellations (within [X] days) may forfeit the deposit
